Job Title: Director of Business Development

Overview: The Director of Business Development will be responsible for leading the company’s efforts to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker who is able to develop and execute a comprehensive business development plan to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners and clients
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential business opportunities
- Negotiate and close deals with new and existing clients
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure successful implementation of new business initiatives
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities to the CEO and other key stakeholders
- Continuously assess and improve processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications:
- No Degree Required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing business development plans
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in the transportation or tourism industry is a plus
